|Bill Title:||Relating to the Oregon transparency website; prescribing an effective date.|
Declares state policy regarding transparency for all spending by state agencies.
Modifies reporting requirement for state agency revenues and expenditures. Requires Oregon transparency website to contain itemized information about state agency payroll and nonpayroll expenditures, updated monthly. Makes reporting requirement regarding nonpayroll expenditures operative on January 1, 2020. Makes reporting requirement regarding payroll expenditures operative on August 1, 2020. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
