|Bill Title:||Relating to areas within an urban growth boundary that are zoned for single-family dwellings; prescribing an effective date.|
Modifies requirement that city over 2,500 population or county over 15,000 population allow development of accessory dwelling unit in area zoned for detached single-family dwelling.
Makes requirement applicable only if area is within urban growth boundary. Takes effect July 1, 2018.
