|Bill Title:||Relating to post-graduate scholars; declaring an emergency.|
Moves up sunset date for authority of school districts to establish post-graduate scholar programs to June 30, 2019.
Directs Department of Education to make recommendations for legislation to fund post-graduate scholar programs with moneys that are not distributed from State School Fund. Prohibits school districts from receiving or expending moneys distributed from State School Fund to pay for community college costs incurred by, or on behalf of, post-graduate scholars. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
