|Bill Title:||Relating to reimbursement of health care costs; declaring an emergency.|
Requires Legislative Policy and Research Director to convene advisory group to study reimbursment of prescription drugs in medical assistance program, Public Employees' Benefit Board health benefit plans, Oregon Educators Benefit Board health benefit plans and other state-financed programs.
Requires director to report findings and recommendations to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to health no later than September 15, 2018. Modifies methodology for reimbursement of hospital services and supplies provided to enrollees in health benefit plans offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board and Oregon Educators Benefit Board. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
