|Bill Title:||Relating to document fee increases to provide affordable housing; providing for revenue raising that requires approval by a three-fifths majority.|
Increases amount of fees charged and collected by county clerks to record or file certain real property documents.
Directs transfer of increased fees to Housing and Community Services Department accounts for housing-related programs. Exempts county tax collectors from paying certain fee. Requires that moneys deposited in Housing and Community Services Department accounts be used for purposes related to affordable housing.
