|Bill Title:||Relating to impaired health professionals; declaring an emergency.|
Allows participating health profession licensing boards to refer to impaired health professional program for monitoring licensees who have been convicted of certain alcohol- or drug-related crimes.
Includes for purposes of definition of "impaired health professional" physical health conditions deemed appropriate for inclusion in program by Oregon Health Authority. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2017.
