|Bill Title:||Relating to forest products harvest taxation; prescribing an effective date; and providing for revenue raising that requires approval by a three-fifths majority.|
Extends privilege taxes on merchantable forest products harvested on forestlands.
Clarifies law providing for annual indexing of maximum rate of forest products harvest tax, revenue from which is dedicated to funding Oregon Forest Resources Institute. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
