|Bill Title:||Relating to order setting aside conviction.|
Removes prohibition of filing motion to set aside conviction for person committing single violation within previous 10 years.
Describes when person moving court for entry of order setting aside conviction has not complied with or performed sentence of court. Prohibits person revoked from probation from moving for entry of order setting aside conviction for 10 years after revocation. Authorizes motion to set aside conviction for possession of controlled substance constituting Class B felony. Prohibits motion to set aside conviction for assault of child 10 years of age or younger.
