Bill Title: Relating to residential energy tax credits; prescribing an effective date.
Catchline/Summary: Modifies credit limits for each type of category one alternative energy device.
Extends sunset for tax credit for alternative energy devices.] Authorizes State Department of Energy to adopt rules that further limit amount of credit based upon market conditions. Removes obsolete provisions related to tax credits previously allowed for alternative fuel vehicles and related equipment and fueling stations. Applies to alternative energy devices certified on or after January 1, 2016, and to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2016. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
