|Bill Title:||Relating to invasion of personal privacy.|
Creates crime of invasion of personal privacy in the first degree.
Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Modifies crime of invasion of personal privacy and renames] by renaming crime invasion of personal privacy in the second degree. Provides that court may designate invasion of personal privacy in the first degree as sex crime if circumstances of offense require defendant to register as sex offender. Adds crimes of invasion of personal privacy in the first and second degrees to criminal code.
