Makes practice of paying employees of opposite sex who hold equivalent jobs at different wage rates unlawful employment practice.
Creates exceptions. Requires Commissioner of Bureau of Labor and Industries to establish certain guidelines and to report to Legislative Assembly by September 15, 2016, on implementation of Act. Imposes civil penalties for violations.
