|Bill Title:||Relating to additional support to low-performing Title I schools; appropriating money; and declaring an emergency.|
Directs Department of Education to make grants to improve student achievement in certain schools that are high poverty and low performing.
[Appropriates moneys to department from General Fund for purpose of making grants.] Increases, for biennium beginning July 1, 2013, appropriation made to Department of Education for grant-in-aid programs. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
