|Bill Title:||Relating to notices of garnishment; and declaring an emergency.|
Allows notice of garnishment to be served by first class mail or, in certain circumstances, by other methods.
Requires state agency or county seeking sanctions against noncomplying garnishee to deliver notice personally or by certified mail. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
