Bill Title: Relating to the distribution of photographic records made incident to arrest.
Catchline/Summary: Requires persons that operate websites that disseminate photographic records of arrested individuals and charge fees for removal of these records to remove photographs and related information from all websites within their ownership or control without charging fee when requested in writing and arrest resulted in acquittal or violation, or following expunction.
<i>Requires individual seeking disclosure of photographic records of arrested person from law enforcement agency to submit written request to agency, in person and with payment of fees. Limits scope of each request to photographic records of one arrested person.</i>] <i>Prohibits law enforcement agencies from publishing photographic records of arrested persons on Internet.</i>] <b> Provides that failure to remove records when required to do so constitutes unlawful trade practice.</b>
