|Bill Title:||Relating to taxation; prescribing an effective date.|
Decreases minimum percentage of net revenue from new or increased local transient lodging tax that must be used to fund tourism promotion or tourism-related facilities to 50 percent.
Increases maximum percentage of net revenue from new or increased local transient lodging tax that may be used to fund city or county services to 50 percent. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
