|Bill Title:||Relating to child custody determinations.|
Requires court to award custody to parent that child 14 years of age or older indicates preference to reside with unless not in best interests or welfare of child.
Requires court to consider desires and educational needs of child at least 11 years of age and not older than 14 years of age in making custody determination. Provides that preference or desire of child does not constitute change of circumstances unless child's preference or desire would cause change in custody from existing judgment or order.
