|Bill Title:||Relating to voluntary contribution programs; appropriating money; declaring an emergency.|
Allows state agency to establish voluntary contribution programs that allow persons to make voluntary contributions to be used for projects identified by agency as worthy of funding, and of interest to public, but for which no or inadequate funding sources exist.
Establishes Voluntary Contributions Account in General Fund. Directs Oregon Department of Administrative Services to establish subaccounts in account for each voluntary contribution program established by state agency. Continuously appropriates moneys in account to department for distribution to state agencies that establish voluntary contribution programs. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
