|Bill Title:||Relating to alternative fuel vehicles; prescribing an effective date.|
Disallows tax credit for alternative fuel vehicles designed for electric plug-in charging once total purchases meet threshold percentage of all new motor vehicle purchases.
Requires Director of Transportation to notify Director of State Department of Energy if threshold is met. Extends sunsets for tax credits for use of alternative fuel vehicles and for construction or installation of fueling stations for alternative fuel vehicles. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
