Requires Oregon Health Authority to develop informational materials concerning maternal mental health for health care providers serving pregnant, postpartum and post-pregnancy loss patients.

Requires] Provides that hospitals and health care providers serving pregnant, postpartum and post-pregnancy loss patients to] may provide materials published or approved by authority to patients and family members of patients. Allows authority to apply for federal grants to provide training and materials. Becomes operative when authority receives sufficient funding to develop materials. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
