|Bill Title:||Relating to transient lodging tax on providers of residential care services; appropriating money; prescribing an effective date; providing for revenue raising that requires approval by a three-fifths majority.|
Imposes one percent tax on specified providers of residential care and services.
Appropriates moneys from tax to Department of Human Services to fund medical assistance expenditures for providers of residential care and services. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
