|Bill Title:||Proposing amendment to Oregon Constitution relating to redistricting.|
Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to require Legislative Assembly to enact redistricting plan upon approval by three-fifths of membership of each house of Legislative Assembly.
Establishes panel of retired judges to provide redistricting plan if Legislative Assembly fails to enact redistricting plan or if Supreme Court determines plan enacted by Legislative Assembly does not comply with constitutional requirements. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
