Establishes Oregon Educator Professional Development Commission for purpose of providing statewide leadership in school improvement and technology.
Establishes Education Enterprise Steering] Oregon Educator Professional Development Commission for purpose of providing statewide leadership in school improvement and technology. Requires commission to develop and maintain public website , to coordinate professional development for school improvement and to coordinate information and educational technology] and to assist local school districts in developing professional development plans to meet school improvement objectives. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Education for commission. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2009.
