Requires warrantor to register with Director of Department of Consumer and Business Services and obtain reimbursement insurance for warranty issued. Specifies requirements for reimbursement insurance policy. Permits warrantor to designate person as administrator for warranties. Requires warrantor to maintain accurate accounts and make records available to director for inspection. Prohibits warrantor from taking certain actions and using certain terms in warrantor's name.
